Please complete the application form and return it by July 13, 2025, to indicate your interest in participating. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Arts Alive! Working Group will review all application forms, schedule performances and assign exhibit spaces. Your organization will receive a follow-up letter and contract from the Hylton Performing Arts Center with your assigned set up location. Set up time is 10:30-11:30 AM and break down may not begin before 5 PM.

Exhibitor/Vendor RulesLoading and Set Up
• Load in/load out times will be strictly enforced.
• The primary loading area is the circle in front of the main lobby doors. Unload and immediately move your vehicle to the parking lot behind the building.
• Keep exits and aisles clear at all times.
• Displays must be self supporting.
Parking
• No parking in the circle in front of the building or in the loading dock. Park in the regular parking lot or as directed by event staff.
Miscellaneous
• No weapons are allowed on the GMU campus.
• No balloons allowed.
• We are a non smoking venue. Smoking is allowed only on the smoking terrace.
• No pets or other animals allowed except assistance animals.
