Introduction

Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) is the premier gathering of professionals in the heavy-duty aftermarket industry. We are accepting proposals for an educational session that will provide valuable insights and actionable knowledge to attendees. This session is intended to educate and inform participants on critical issues facing the commercial vehicle aftermarket sector, providing them with the tools to address current and future challenges. Taking place during the Wednesday morning General Session, this presentation will reach an audience of 500 to 800 attendees, so presenters should be prepared to engage a large and diverse group of industry leaders.

Objectives

The session should aim to (1 of the following):
  • Examine Current Industry Trends: Provide an overview of the latest trends and challenges within the commercial vehicle aftermarket sector.
  • Address Economic Influences: Explore the impact of economic factors such as inflation, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, and changing consumer preferences on the heavy-duty aftermarket.
  • Forecast Future Developments: Share expert perspectives on future market dynamics, including upcoming technological advances, regulatory changes, and evolving market demands, and their implications for the industry.
  • Provide Actionable Insights: Equip attendees with practical solutions, strategies, and knowledge they can apply directly within their business operations.

  • Actionable Insights: The practical value of the information provided, ensuring attendees leave with concrete strategies and knowledge.
  • Audience Appeal: The proposed topic resonates with a wide range of roles and titles from throughout the entire channel of distribution in the heavy-duty aftermarket.
