Welcome to the UKHospitality 2025 National Living Wage Survey.
The Low Pay Commission is currently seeking evidence to inform its future advice on the minimum wage in 2026 and beyond. As part of this, UKHospitality has been asked to submit evidence on the impact of recent increases in the NLW and other rates, as well as changes to the employer NIC regime, and any actions businesses may have taken as a result.
We are extremely grateful for your time in completing the survey and assure you that all data will be treated in confidence and only aggregated data will be used. We have tried to keep the questions as simple as possible and hopefully it should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
The deadline for responses is Friday 20 June to ensure that the evidence can be used as part of UKHospitality’s written and oral evidence to the Low Pay Commission.
