40th Class Signature Program Application

Opening Application Details

  • Once you start the application, you will not be able to save and return. You will be able to go back and forth through pages. Your application will need to be completed in one sitting and takes approximately 20-30 minutes. 
 
  • You can prepare your answers to the essay questions ahead of time by reviewing the application preview here: APPLICATION PREVIEW. We highly encourage you to do so to maximize your time.
 
  • You will be asked to upload a current resume and photo of yourself. This may be a professional headshot or a selfie. The photo will be used internally to help the selection committee remember the applicants and also to create a class roster for those selected to join the program. 
 
  • After you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a PDF of your application responses. If you don't receive this within a few minutes of submitting, please email Tracy Nicodemo, Executive Director - tracy@leadershipstarkcounty.org
 
  • Applications are due April 30, 2026 and letters of recommendation are due no later than May 15, 2026. Please only provide one letter of recommendation. Guidelines for letters of recommendation can be found here: Letter of Recommendation Guidelines.
 
  • A non-refundable $25 application fee is REQUIRED. You will be asked to submit payment at the end of this application.  
 
  • Signature Program tuition is $3,200 (scholarships are available)
