POWER Award Applicant Considerations
We are thrilled you are applying for the POWER Award. We have a few items to consider that will aid in your application process.

First, this application is a comprehensive review of People, Opportunity, Workforce, Excellence, and Retention. We do not expect every applicant to be doing all things in all categories. Please just tell us what you ARE doing.

Each question requires evidence to be submitted to earn points, and each question will be awarded 0-5 points.

Submitting Evidence - Please read carefully.
When submitting evidence, please specify the exact documentation, page, or language you would like us to review. The evidence you submit should be clearly identified to our judges. Do not include links to websites or documents that might be on internal websites, as these links may break, and they may not indicate the specific information we need. Screenshots of evidence on websites or internal sites are best. If you are submitting materials from a handbook as evidence, please screenshot the pages identifying the information specific to each question; do not submit your handbook in its entirety.

If you submit documentation or language that could be sensitive in nature, please redact this document as necessary prior to submitting.
Note about uploads: You may upload up to 5 items per question. Each upload can be up to 1 MB in size.
