Inclusive Hub (Community partners) 2026

Inclusive Hub is a collaborative project that bridges the gap between employers and individuals with diverse abilities, talents, and disabilities who are seeking their first work experience in the open labor market after completing their education.

As a community partner in this initiative, you'll play a vital role in supporting both job seekers and employers throughout the employment journey. The project is managed and funded by Alma Career, providing a sustainable framework for our collaborative efforts.

We work alongside Michigan State University, contributing anonymized data that advances research in the field of vocational rehabilitation, helping to improve employment outcomes globally.

When employers register for Inclusive Hub, they commit to a six-month program focused on developing internship opportunities for people with disabilities. As a community partner, you'll become familiar with their HR processes, team dynamics, and the specific nature of the roles where internships will take place. Simultaneously, you'll help identify and prepare suitable candidates for these opportunities.

For community partners, participation involves providing ongoing support to both employers and job seekers throughout the program. Your expertise in disability support services will be invaluable in creating successful employment matches.
More detailed information about the 2026 program will be provided during a meeting arranged after we receive your application.

Registration for the program will close on October 31, 2025.

By submitting this application, you will be considered for the role of Community Partner within Inclusive Hub.
Upon receipt of your application, we will schedule an individual online interview with you via Microsoft Teams. During this interview, we will also be pleased to address any questions you may have.
