If your request has not been approved, you will receive an email with resources and recommendations for next steps.

If your request is approved, you will receive either a text message or phone call from our team to book an appointment. If no response is received after 2 attempts, we will move on to the next request in the que.

As you wait for our team to reach out, we recommend getting your colony on a set feeding schedule by feeding within the same 30 minute time frame each day. For example, you may choose to feed once a day, every other day, between 7-7:30pm. Do not free feed and do not leave food outside the designated feeding time. This will train the cats to show up at the same time each day.
