Early College Annual Report 2024-2025

Early College Designation Annual Report 2024-2025

Due by 5pm on Friday, June 30, 2025
Welcome to the 2024-2025 Early College Annual Report.

Purpose: This Early College Annual Report offers Designated Early College Programs a chance to reflect on the accomplishments and challenges of their programs over the past year, as well as how current program design aligns to the five Guiding Principles (Equitable Access, Guided Academic Pathways, Enhanced Student Support, Connections to Careers, and Effective Partnerships) and the corresponding Designation Criteria. Using data shared in place of forthcoming Early College Data Dashboads, as well other quantitative and qualitative data collected by program partners, programs can offer context and in-depth understanding of how their programs serve students. Early College programs will also be able to share anticipated goals for SY2026.

Please note for reporting purposes, each K-12 partner is asked to complete one annual report with their higher education partner.  For high school partners with 2 distinct Designations (and therefore two higher education partners), please complete two distinct Annual Reports. For K-12 partners with one Designation in which there are two college partners, one annual report will suffice.

For programs in year 4 of Early College Designation (designated in Spring 2020), there will be an addendum to this Annual Report, shared via email.

When applicable, please reference the newest iteration of the Early College Data Dashboard in answering any questions pertaining to data. If you use other data internal to your district or campus, please note that source in your answer.

This year, the report will have a soft due date June 30, 2025 in respect for those staff who may not be on contract over the summer. However, we can accept the reports up to September 30, 2025. Please just stay in communication with our office as to your plans.

If at any point you have any questions, please contact the Early College Program Specialist, Renee Poisson at renee.poisson@mass.gov.
