2025 Application for the National CCAA Transfer Scholarship

To the student:

Thank you for your interest in applying for the National Catholic College Admission Association (The National CCAA) Transfer Scholarship. The National CCAA is a non-profit organization of nearly 120 Catholic colleges and universities committed to promoting the value of Catholic higher education and serving students in the transition to college.

The National CCAA will award eight (8) one-time $1,000 scholarships to current students attending a two-year college or university who will have completed 30 credit hours by the end of the 2025 spring semester and will be attending one of the National CCAA member institutions as a transfer student in Fall 2025.

Students who opt to defer the Fall 2025 semester to enter in the Spring 2026 semester are not eligible for the scholarship. Students who opt to defer the 2025-26 academic year of college (to enter in Fall 2026) are not eligible for the scholarship. 


To apply, please fill out the entire scholarship application and make sure that each item is correct and accurate. If any item is incomplete or inaccurate, you will automatically be disqualified from consideration.

ONLY ONE (1) APPLICATION PER STUDENT IS PERMITTED. Submitting duplicate applications will automatically disqualify an applicant from consideration. 

Contact information requested on the application will be used only to contact applicants and counselors/advisors for scholarship verification purposes.

The application deadline is June 15, 2025 at 11:59 P.M. Pacific Time (PT).

If a student is selected as a National CCAA Transfer Scholarship Winner, the selection committee will contact the advisor/counselor listed in #16 to verify the winner's academic standing and the transfer admission counselor listed in #19 to verify the winner's transfer admission. *This question is required.
22. In order to receive the scholarship award, National CCAA award recipients must attend one of the National CCAA member institutions as a transfer student in Fall 2025. *This question is required.
23. National CCAA award recipients give the National CCAA permission to use the recipient's name and image for all public relations associated with the scholarship award. In order to receive the scholarship, award recipients must respond to promotional and photo requests from the National CCAA. *This question is required.
