Data Collection and UseThe following surveys and products that do not record personal identifying information:
- Organizational Culture Quality Audit
- Employee Care Survey
- Mattering Survey
- Engagement Survey
- Pulse Survey
For these surveys, we share only aggregated data and reports with your organization or employer. No data will be shared if it is reasonable to assume that doing so will make it possible to identify a specific individual.Information We CollectInformation you voluntarily provide to us:
- Name, email address, and other contact information when you:
- Choose to save and complete a survey later.
- Complete a survey such as our Individual Culture Profile, Exit Survey, Leadership Assessment, Performance evaluation, or other survey where such information is necessary.
- Responses to surveys and other information you submit through the platform.
- Communications between you and our support team.
Information automatically collected when you use the platform:
- Browser information and technical data collected through cookies, web beacons and other technologies. This may include IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, device information, pages visited, and search terms used.
- Usage data, such as the features you use, pages you view, emails you open, and surveys you take.
- Location data, where applicable, such as survey geo-location tags.
2. Private Personal LoginWe provide an option to create a private personal login to save survey progress and return later. It is important to note that creating a personal login does not attach any personal identifying information to survey results. Your login credentials are not visible to employees of FIC Human Resource Partners.3.
