SISP Rubric Pilot - Interest Form

DESE is seeking districts and schools interested in piloting role-specific educator evaluation rubrics for Specialized Instructional Support Personnel (SISP) during the 2025-26 school year.

The updated SISP rubrics will align with the Model Classroom Teacher and School Level Administrator Rubrics while elevating key practices for each SISP role. Updated model rubrics will be available for the following SISP roles:

School Counselors
School Social Worker/School Adjustment Counselors
School Nurses
School Librarians
School Psychologists, and
Speech-Language Pathologists
