2025 Urban Design Awards Application Form

Deadline
Nomination form and all materials must be received by Friday, June 6, 2025.
 

Eligibility
Project Nomination:

  • All projects must be within Fort Collins city limits.
  • All projects must be completed within ten years of the current award year
  • There are no entry fees.
  • You may enter your project in multiple categories.
 

Save the Date: Awards Ceremony Information
Please save this date on your calendar: Monday, October 6, 2025 from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the Drake Center, 802 W. Drake Rd. All are invited to celebrate, and a formal invitation will be emailed to all applicants.

Awards Presentation
If your project is selected as a winner, you will provide a short slide presentation with project details and suggested speaking points to City Staff. If you are selected, more information will be emailed to you about your presentation requirements.

Awards and Award Acceptance
All team members are encouraged to accept the award as a group - however, we ask one representative give a short acceptance speech on behalf of the team. Winners will receive one award with information on how to order duplicate awards.
