Forma | The Network for Christian Formation seeks to better understand the compensation, experience, and expertise of Christian formation professionals in the Episcopal Church. Your responses will help Forma to advocate for just wages, identify professional development needs, and support those engaged in ministry.

Before you begin it will be helpful to have access to your ministry context's budget, latest parochial report, personnel manual, as well as your letter of agreement (if applicable).
- This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. We’ve chosen to bundle areas of inquiry into a single survey rather than implement several surveys. We appreciate your willingness to participate and value the time you give to this work.
