Rules/Regulation

If you are singing, background music must be an instrumental version only.
All performances must be under 5 minutes (performances will be timed during audition).
All clothing must be appropriate. Inappropriate attire can result in disqualification from the competition.
All participants must be listed on the registration form. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Music for each performance must be submitted to Kennedy Terrill (Kennedy.Terrill@chandleraz.gov) by the rehearsal date. Music must be in an MP3 format on a flash drive, CD, or through e-mail. Failure to submit your music on the given date can result in removal from the show setlist.

Upon completing and returning this form, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, assume all risk and waive any and all claims for injuries and release the City of Chandler and their agents or assigns, from any and all injuries suffered by said person which may arise of or in connection with participation in these recreation programs.
