Thank you for your interest in the Onboarding Learning Lab. The Learning Lab is a cohort-based professional development program for new GEAR UP professionals to come together to learn about the GEAR UP program.
The Learning Lab will take place from September 8 - November 21, 2025 and costs $1,000 for members and $4,400 for non-members per participant.
The Onboarding Learning Lab is best suited for individuals who:
- Are new to GEAR UP (<1 year).
- Serve in any role, including school-based staff.
- Have the support of their supervisor.
