Denver Public Schools (DPS) is working on a program to help prevent student vaping.
Vaping means using vapes that have nicotine (like tobacco or flavored vape juice). Examples include Elf Bar, Breeze, Mr. Fog, Vuse, Vello, VRK, Geekbar Pulse, and Juul.
Your answers will help DPS learn what family members think and know about vaping among students. Your responses are private and will only be used to plan the program.
