What to Expect After You Apply

Thank you for applying for the City of Fort Collins Lineworker Training Scholarship.

All applications must be submitted by July 15, 2025.
After the deadline, submissions will close and the review process will begin.
Two finalists will be selected—one for the Rocky Mountain Lineman School (RMLS) and one for Colorado Mesa University (CMU) Tech.
If you are selected as a final candidate, you will be notified within one week of the application deadline.
Final candidates will be invited to interview with a panel from the City of Fort Collins.
Following interviews, the final scholarship recipients will be chosen.
We anticipate completing the selection process by August 1, 2025.
