Thank you for your interest in participating in the City of Fort Collins' 2025 Independence Day Parade. This year’s parade is scheduled for Friday, July 4, and will be part of a full day of Independence Day celebrations put on by the City.
Please note space is limited and applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Completed applications must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, June 2.
Parade entry pricing is listed below.
- Non-profit: $50
- Business: $100
- Bands and musical entries: Free!
After submission, your application will be reviewed by the selection committee. You will be notified by Friday, June 6, of your approval to participate in the parade. Once approved, you will receive the following:
- A confirmation email with instructions on how to acknowledge acceptance of the rules and regulations for the parade through DocuSign
- Instructions on how to submit payment for your parade entry fee. Please do not submit payment before receiving these instructions.
