LeadingAge would like to better support members in the Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) Model. We are therefore collecting data from members on their current performance in the program. This information will remain deidentified and aggregated to show the impact of the model on nonprofit and mission-driven providers. LeadingAge will utilize this information to develop education and advocacy to improve members standing and preserve access for beneficiaries.
