Southern Regional CAC is pleased to host Leading People and Crafting Culture: Core Concepts for Building Strong Chapters. This immersive training is designed to enhance your leadership skills and organizational effectiveness. We will delve into critical topics that are pivotal for driving success and fostering a productive work environment at your Chapter. Participants will engage in interactive exercises to apply newfound knowledge to real-world challenges. Attendees will leave equipped with actionable strategies and a deeper understanding of how to lead people, develop strong systems, and craft culture.
This training is ideal for Chapters committed to enhancing organizational efficiency, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving impactful outcomes. Participants will be selected through an application process. Each Chapter is invited to submit one application that must include the Executive Director/CEO and may include one additional staff member, at the discretion of the Executive Director/CEO.
