Introduction

Thank you for your interest in Vermont Foodbank's 2025 Catalyst Cohort. This new peer-learning cohort is designed to bring a group of 8 Network Partners closely together with focused learning and capacity development, centered around the best practices among the Network. This tool is designed to take roughly 10-15 minutes. This assessment is intended to help determine alignment with the focus of this year’s cohort before you spend time on the full application. Honest responses about your organization’s current organizational reality are highly encouraged! Your responses will in no way have any impact on your Vermont Foodbank membership.
