The Evidence and Learning Working Group, a part of the Self-Care Trailblazers Group (SCTG) hosted by Population Services International, would like to invite you to participate in a survey to learn more about the impacts of the changing funding landscape for global health on SCTG members’ and member organizations’ work related to self-care for sexual and reproductive health. Our aim is to better understand how SCTG members have been impacted and to identify challenges, opportunities, and priorities of key self-care stakeholders at this time of change.
Participation is voluntary. If you do choose to take part, you will have the opportunity to complete a 10-minute online questionnaire. You are free to skip any questions that you do not wish to answer. The survey does not capture any information that could directly identify you, such as your name, email, or IP address.
The results from the survey will be aggregated and used for SCTG planning and program improvement. Results from this survey may also be disseminated to SCTG members, donors, as well as other researchers, implementers, and stakeholders via conferences, technical briefs, and/or peer-reviewed publications. With your permission, we may disseminate direct quotations from the written responses you provide (to open-ended survey questions). We will do everything we can to ensure that the quotation cannot be used to directly or indirectly identify any individual.
There are no direct benefits for participation. If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, please email the Evidence and Learning Working Group’s Leadership Team at elwg_leadership@selfcaretrailblazers.org.
If you wish to participate, please confirm the following statements. This serves as documentation of your consent to participate in this survey.
