Advisory Council Member Nomination Form
For Service Commencing January 1, 2026

The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York ("FHLBNY”) is now accepting nominations for its Affordable Housing Advisory Council (“Advisory Council”). By regulation, the FHLBNY must draw nominees from a range of community and nonprofit organizations actively involved in providing or promoting very-low, low- and moderate-income housing and/or involved in providing community lending in the FHLBNY’s district of New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Advisory Council members are appointed for three-year terms (with a maximum of three consecutive terms), unless being appointed to serve the unexpired term of a predecessor or a partial initial term for purposes of staggering. FHLBNY is seeking to fill vacancies with terms commencing on January 1, 2026.

Employees of FHLBNY member institutions are not eligible to serve.

Nominations must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. ET on June 6, 2025, to be considered. Only complete applications with an attached nominee resume will be reviewed. The results of the nomination process will be communicated by December 31, 2025.
