Description of the Award
The REALTOR® of the Year Award will be presented to a REALTOR® who, during his/her professional career has consistently given above and beyond to the REALTOR® organization on the local, state, and/or national levels while also serving her/his community and its members in exemplary fashion.
Nominations for this Award may be made by any member of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®.
Considering Factors are not limited to, but should include:
The nominee must be an Active Member of the Ft. Collins Board of REALTORS®
Consideration factors are not limited to but should include:
- Service to the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, Colorado Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®
- Service to the Fort Collins community
Presidents and Past Presidents of FCBR should be considered only after at least one year following the completion of his/her term as President of the FCBR Board. In exceptional cases, this restriction can be waived with approval by 75% of the vote of the past ROTY recipients in attendance at the meeting.
