UNESCO is hosting the third edition of
Digital Learning Week from 2 to 5 September 2025 at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. The concept note is available
here for your reference.
To exemplify good practices and facilitate knowledge sharing, UNESCO is currently inviting presentation proposals through an open call for proposals. Selected presenters will have the unique opportunity to share their presentations with a global audience of policy-makers, practitioners, researchers, private sector partners and development agencies.
The form below requests a narrative description of your presentations. If selected, the description will be used directly on the UNESCO website and related communication materials. We encourage you to take the necessary time to complete the required fields and ensure that the text is concise, clear and readable. Please note that only proposals in English or French will be considered.
Presentation proposals must be submitted to UNESCO no later than 19 May 2025. Selected proposals will be notified by mid-June 2025.

Each participant will be responsible for their own travel and accommodations to Digital Learning Week.
The call for proposals is organized across the following themes and subthemes. Each proposal should align with one theme and its corresponding subtheme. Please select the single theme that best fits the focus of your proposal.1. AI in educational practices
- AI and curriculum design and content creation
- AI and personalized learning and adaptive instruction
- AI and assessment and evaluation
- AI and foundational learning (literacy, numeracy, etc.)
- AI and specific disciplines
2. AI competency development for students
- Development of AI competency frameworks for students
- AI curricula and extra-curricular programmes for students
- Fostering media and information literacy, ethical reasoning, critical thinking and learner agency
3. AI for teacher development and educational leadership
- Development of AI competency frameworks for teachers and leaders
- Training programmes to develop AI competencies of teachers (training about AI)
- AI to support teacher training and continuous professional development (training with AI)
- AI and educational leadership, management and administration
4. AI and equity in education and sustainable development
- AI to support learners with disabilities and special needs
- AI and gender equality in education
- AI in rural and low-resource educational contexts
- AI for refugee and displaced learners' support
- AI and the environment
