The Michael G. Daigneault Excellence in Governance Grant Application (Nonprofits)

Confidentiality

INTRODUCTION

This grant supports charitable nonprofit United States-based organizations who are tax exempt under IRS Code 501(c)(3), not classified as a private foundation and have an operating budget of less than $1 million annually. This year's grant aims to support organizations that serve underprivileged and marginalized populations.

Before beginning, please have the following documents ready to upload to the application:
  • Proof of tax-exempt status
  • A copy of the organization's strategic plan (if applicable)
  • A copy of the organization's annual report (if applicable)
Please note: You can start your application and return at a later time to complete it. Please access "Save and Continue Later" in the upper right corner of your screen and provide your email address. The system will generate a dedicated link which you will receive via email from Alchemer (noreply@alchemer.com). It may take up to 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you are not able to find the email in your inbox, and contact Lauren Paradise, Quantum Governance's Governance Administrator, at lauren@quantumgovernance.net if you experience any difficulties.

You only need to provide your email address in the "Save and Continue Later" box once – from then on, you can continue to access your saved response via the link from Alchemer in your email. Your response will be saved each time after proceeding to the next page of the application.

STATEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY

We will keep all information learned in this application process confidential. No information will be disclosed to any third party unless compelled to do so by law or regulation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may disclose information to our authorized contractors with an obligation to maintain confidentiality (e.g., Alchemer and data entry personnel) and personnel with a "need to access" such information in order to review the grant application.
