Buy American Temporary Accommodations SY25-26

This survey is to collect information for the Buy American Accommodation process for School Year 2025-2026.

In order to complete this survey, you must have the following information available from School Year 2025-2026:

a completed USDA Buy American Exceptions Tracking Template
the total dollar value of your non-domestic food purchases to date. This includes the cost of all non-domestic food items purchases to date in the current school year, regardless of whether they are listed on the 48 CFR 25.104 Non-available articles list.
the total dollar value of your commercial food purchases to date. This includes food purchases for the School Breakfast Program, the National School Lunch Program and the SNP Afterschool Snack Program. Do not include USDA foods, non-program foods or other federal child nutrition program food costs in the calculation.

If you do not have these items available or completed accurately, complete them, re-evaluate your non-domestic food purchase threshold and complete a new survey if necessary.
