We would like to know about your experiences with Chinook Winds Casino Resort so we can make your next visit even better!

After you have submitted your survey, you will be entered into a drawing to win $and Dollars.

Member, MVP and Premier Members: 10 participants will be randomly selected to win 200 $and Dollars.
Elite Members: 10 participants will be randomly selected to win 250 $and Dollars. 
EliteIcon Members: 1 participant will be randomly selected to win 300 $and Dollars.

Your Player ID will be utilized once for the prize drawing.

Survey will be available April 7, 2025 - May 1, 2025. 
$and Dollar drawing will be held on May 2, 2025. Participants do not need to be present to win.
