The Catholic Community of Galesburg is asking that each household take 5 to 10 minutes to complete this survey to help shape the future of our community, parishes and school.  Thank you in advance for your time and consideration!
 
1. How long have you been a member of the parish?

5. Please indicate your feelings regarding the importance of the following projects at your parish and school.
A)  Needs for the Corpus Christi Church building include: repair and resurface all interior walls and ceiling, along with design, painting and decorating of all interior surfaces; upgraded lighting; addressing side altar areas; completely new heating system; some inside structural work; and some outside tuck pointing, etc.
ESTIMATED Cost: $1.6M
B)  The deteriorating school building on the IHM campus will need to be demolished and hauled away—preceded first by
significant asbestos removal. [Ideas are being considered to repurpose some of its current foundation.]
ESTIMATED Cost: $300,000
C) A portion of the school roof needs to be replaced as it continually leaks.
ESTIMATED Cost: $400,000
D) The antiquated HVAC at Costa needs a thorough upgrade.
ESTIMATED Cost: $200,000
E) Additionally, as we prepare for the future of both of our new Catholic community and our School, we will be
adding monetary funds to both of these Endowments: Parish Endowment Initial Goal: $200,000; School

6. To complete the projects, we will need to raise about $3,000,000.
