Welcome to the Marketing Support Program application for FY 2025-2026. This cycle is for events/year-round programming that happen between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026.

The application will take no more than 30 minutes to complete. As a reminder, this system does not allow you the opportunity to stop and return later to your work. Please plan accordingly and have all the information and documents gathered prior to beginning.

- copy of your organization IRS Determination letter
- copy of your organization 990 form
- copy of your organization Articles of Incorporation
- copy of your organization SunBiz.com
- copy of completed W-9
- copy of completed Event Income/Expense report
