DES Website User Survey

Thank you for helping the Washington Department of Enterprise Services (DES) improve the DES website. We are looking to discover what is working well and what we can improve on the DES website.

This survey will ask you about:

Who you are (in relation to DES, e.g., a state employee, a contractor etc.)
What you look for on the DES website
Your experience using the website.

Your answers will not affect any services you might be receiving and will not be sold. It will only be shared with our partner Anthro-Tech, who is helping us with the analysis.
