State Sunlight Long Comment

Arapahoe County Public Works and Development is in the final stages of reviewing the proposed application for Record AE24-004 – State Sunlight-Long at Lowry Ranch.

Civitas as Crestone Peak Resources is proposing an administrative use by special review to drill and complete an oil and gas facility on State Land Board property located approximately 1.5 miles east of South Powhaton Road and about 1.5 miles north of County Line Road. The application proposes 32 wells to be drilled on a gravel pad that is 750 feet by 1,300 feet.

As part of the final review process, public comment is being sought through 11:59 p.m. April 4, 2025.
