SS25 CONNECT // Booth Layout Form

Instructions (Please Read)

This submission form is required to be completed by each exhibitor for Spring 2025 Connect in Reno. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Next to complete the form.

The goal of this form is dependent on the booth type your brand contracted for, see descriptions below. Grassroots Connect uses a closed booth model to enhance retailers' scheduled appointments. *Exceptions to the closed booth model are Traverse & Business Services only.
  • Standard / Premier Booths - please use this form and worksheet to share your internal booth layout included meeting rooms/showing stations, specify which walls will include custom drape, and where to drop electrical and wifi, if applicable. If you would like to provide additional details with tables, chairs, and fixturing that is welcomed also, but not required.
  • Traverse Booths* - please use this form and worksheet to share which walls will include custom drape and where to drop electrical and wifi, if applicable. If neither are applicable, still complete this form but you do not need to include the worksheet.
  • Business Services Booth* - please use this form and worksheet to share which walls will include custom drape and where to drop electrical and wifi, if applicable. If neither are applicable, still complete this form but you do not need to include the worksheet.

STEP 2 - Read the remaining instructions
STEP 3 - Answer the questions
STEP 4 - Complete the worksheet
STEP 5 - Upload completed worksheet when prompted below

Who needs to complete the Booth layout worksheet? Each exhibitor must complete the booth layout worksheet and this form. Completion of both help indicate all specifications to your booth and allows Grassroots, Mackenzie, and the venue to plan accordingly.

Booth Layout Request Options - you may select one of the following options for your booth layout in a question below.
Default Booth Layout - The following are the default layouts available per booth square footage and orientation of your booth on the floor map.
Duplicate Booth Layout - If your booth details match EXACTLY to a previous season (including booth size, room locations, custom drape on assigned walls, electrical drops, wifi drops, etc). You may select this option and be prompted to select which season to duplicate. **If your booth is an exact duplicate, you do not need to upload the worksheet.**

Custom Layout - Should you desired booth interior or contracted booth size not meet default or duplicate standards, you are looking at a custom layout. Custom layouts are subject to $150 drafting fee, plus additional $100 for each revision, plus additional materials and labor costs.

Design Notes
  • Custom Sublimated Drape is allowed on the Connect show floor. To help Grassroots and Mackenzie plan accordingly, please indicate any walls that will include custom drape and specify whether it is inward or outward facing.
  • Should black drape be removed from walls we were unaware would include custom drape, your booth may receive a cleaning fee from Mackenzie Exhibit. Please indicate accordingly or let us know if your plans change ASAP.
  • If you plan to order electrical and/or private wifi, please indicate where you want these dropped in your booth. Please note that in Reno the cords come from the ceiling.

This form does not save partial submissions, therefore if you plan to have a custom layout at the show download the layout worksheet here, complete it and then start the rest of this submission form.
