Tech2Empower Bay Area 2025
November 7 - December 5, 2025
Application deadline is July 11, 2025.
Program kick-off in San Francisco November 7, plus 4 weeks of virtual collaboration.
Taking place in San Francisco this November, the program will engage allies from the tech industry and beyond to support and amplify the work of Bay Area nonprofits through collaboration, volunteerism, and technology. Participating nonprofits propose impact projects that will accelerate their work on which they would like support, and are then matched with volunteer tech "Advisors" with relevant skills. Projects can be centered around tech, communications, marketing, administrative systems, organizational planning, AI, and more.
If your organization is selected to participate, WAKE will connect a team from your nonprofit with volunteer Advisors from top companies to collaborate with you on your project of choice. The program will begin in San Francisco with a full day of in-person project collaboration on November 7, 2025, and continue virtually over 4 weeks, from November 10 - December 5, 2025 (time commitment approximately 2-3 hours/week).
Through Tech2Empower you will:
- Undertake collaborative project work (on a topic proposed by your nonprofit) with a team of Advisors from leading companies;
- Connect with a local network of fellow social impact organizations; and
- Gain new allies in support of your social impact work.
