Thank you for your interest in our program! The Thirty Under 30 Program has been part of the Learning Leadership Conference since 2010, and we are honored to see the legacy of learning leadership it has provided to our industry over the years.
The Thirty Under 30 program at Learning 2025 aims to provide support, visibility, voice, and development to the next generation of Learning Leaders.
We will select 30 learning colleagues for this unique and powerful program.
The deadline to submit a Thirty Under 30 application for consideration is April 11, 2025.
The criteria we are looking for in Thirty Under 30 candidates include:
- Born after October 1, 1995 (you must be under 30 during Learning 2025)
- Working in the learning field, whether as part of an internal L&D function, as an independent contractor or freelancer, or as a practicing team member of a supplier
- Interested in developing your career in the learning field
- Willing and excited to participate in focused activities in our Thirty Under 30 cohort before, during, and after Learning 2025
- Eager to network and connect with other cohort members and alumni
- Willing and able to participate in onsite activities during the Learning 2025 Conference, taking place October 1-3, 2025, in Orlando, Florida
