Welcome to the interest form to get involved in the next phase of work for the Wisconsin Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health (IDD-MH) System Improvement project. The project steering committee released a report in June 2024 with 37 specific recommendations for improving systems and services for people with IDD-MH needs in Wisconsin. The steering committee has decided to start working on a few recommendations and needs your help. They're looking for people like you to join teams that will help figure out how to make these priorities happen, and how to turn plans into actions.
This is your chance to get involved
This short interest form is your one-stop-shop to get involved in Wisconsin IDD-MH System Improvement subcommittees. This form will be updated throughout the project to show current opportunities. We'll send an email to our Community of Practice each time we add a new opportunity. Not a member? Join our email list.
Subcommittee members will:
- Offer expertise and organize around policies, issues, and recommendations
- Implement and advise on specific recommendations
- Report back to the steering committee
- Stay involved until the subcommittee’s work is done
Subcommittee meetings will be online, so you won't have to travel.
