Self-ology is about more than leadership—it’s about self-nurturance and prioritizing your well-being amid the pressures of advancing your organization’s mission. Through virtual sessions, in-person gatherings, and personalized coaching, this program invites you to step back from the constant “doing” and focus on the “being” and the deeper purpose that drives your work.
