Welcome to the 2025 Military Sled Hockey Camp Application!
The Shirley Ryan Abilitylab and the Wounded Heroes Foundation (WHF) are partnering to host an annual Military Sled Hockey Camp from September 3 - September 6, 2025. We welcome your application and appreciate your interest in participating.
About the Camp
The primary goal of this Military Sled Hockey Camp is to provide an intermediate level sport experience for veterans and active duty military personnel with a primary physical disability. This is a great opportunity for those who already play sled hockey to develop their skills and prepare for the season ahead. Beginners are welcome as well and we can provide the necessary equipment to get active on the ice. Three days of ice time and great off ice educational sessions will help holistically shape participants experience. Each sport session will be led by an elite level facilitator so attendees have the opportunity to learn from highly skilled instructors. Flights, lodging, meals, local ground transportation, instruction, and program expenses will be provided at no cost to those accepted to attend. A refundable $50 deposit is required upon acceptance and will be returned upon completion of camp.

Application Process
Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Military Sled Hockey Camp!
The online application will be open from
May 23, 2025 - July 10, 2025. This application will take roughly 15 minutes. You will be able to save your work at the end of a page and return to complete it at a later date.
Please only apply if you are available September 3 - 6, 2025.
Please note the following:
- The time-frame in which you served, the location or cause of your injury will not preclude your application from being considered.
- Applying to the Military Sled Hockey Camp does not guarantee acceptance.
- Accepted participants must fully fill out camp forms and return them before travel arrangements will be made.
- Only completed applications will be reviewed by the application committee
- Applicants will be notified of his or her acceptance status on or before July 23, 2025.
