The 2025 SoACE conference will highlight innovations, updates, advancements, and best practices in career services and campus recruiting. 

We invite presentation proposals for one-hour breakouts that highlight Knowledge Group areas, relevant topics, and innovative initiatives or partnerships. Proposals from employers or collaborations between career services and employer partners will receive special consideration. We encourage members to submit breakout session proposals that align with our mission. Enhance your breakout session proposal by identifying practitioners or employer partners to present with you!

With your proposal, be prepared to submit the following:

• Session Title
  • We encourage members to title their sessions simply, with the topics they plan to address.
• Session Description (200 word max)
• Brief Description for Conference App (75 word max)
• Learning Objectives (Minimum 2)
• Presenter CVs and Bios (100 word limit)

2025 SESSION FORMAT INFORMATION
Sessions for the conference can be submitted as breakout session:

• Breakout Sessions: These one-hour sessions can take various formats, including solo presentations, panel discussions, and collaborations between institutions and/or employer partners. Proposals from employers or collaborations between career services and employer partners will receive special consideration. 
• Roundtable Discussions: We will not be accepting proposals for roundtables for the 2025 conference. We look forward to announcing exciting changes soon!

To maintain the educational integrity of the conference, presenters may not use their session as a platform for promotion of their products and services, or for monetary gain.
