WELL.YES Philadelphia Community Advisory Board Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the Well.Yes Community Advisory Board (CAB). The CAB will work with Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) and Coalition members to develop a new sexual health program for 15-24-year-old Black LGBTQ+ people in Philadelphia. The goal of the project is to reduce sexually transmitted infections among this community. The CAB will include people from the community to drive the project. You will give advice, share your thoughts, and decide on project activities. We are looking for a diverse group of passionate, dedicated people to join the CAB.
