SBDCRC Free Equipment Orientation

Welcome to the Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center. We are so happy that you have chosen to spend your exercise time with us. We are here to help make your experience not only beneficial but fun! This appointment will be a great start to your fitness journey!

During the orientation:

We will demonstrate proper use of Cardiovascular equipment (ages 12 and up)
Selectorize Strength Circuit Fitness equipment (for ages 14 and up).
You will also have an opportunity to consult with a Certified Fitness Professional.

*All customers are advised to consult with a physician prior to the start of any exercise program!
Upon completion of this form, you will be contacted by the Fitness Department to set up an appointment. We look forward to meeting you!

We require 24 hours' notice for any cancelled appointments. Please be aware that failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in loss of privilege of the FREE Orientation.
