The City of Madison is working with the Wisconsin Bike Fed and the Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) to create a citywide Safe Routes to School Plan. Our goal, through this survey, is to learn from your perspective how to make rolling, strolling, and biking to and from school in Madison easy, safe, and convenient.

We will use your feedback to develop the new plan for the Madison Safe Routes to School program. And, if you know of others who can help us learn, please invite them to complete this survey!  DON'T FORGET to complete the interactive webmap at the end of this survey where you can identify places around the city that should be improved for students rolling, strolling, and biking in the Madison area.

The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

For more information about Madison’s Safe Routes to School Program, visit https://www.cityofmadison.com/traffic-engineering/biking-walking/programs-and-projects/safe-routes-to-school/safe-routes-to

Note: For the purposes of this survey, “strolling and rolling” includes walking and adaptive equipment including wheelchairs, walkers, etc.
