Criteria
The young volunteer has:
- Shown exceptional commitment and performance (scored out of a maximum of 5 points)
- Made a measurable difference to the shop(s) where they work (scored out of a maximum of 5 points)
- Led the way for the charity retail chain (scored out of a maximum of 5 points)
Nominees for this award must have been between 16 and 25 years of age on 31 March 2026
