Leadership Award Nomination Form

This award recognises the extraordinary leadership, expertise and skills of a charity retail leader, navigating their retail team to success over the past year. It is aimed at a Head of Retail, Director of Trading or similar senior level.   

Criteria 

The retail leader has: 

  • Shown strong leadership and initiative (scored out of a maximum of 5 points)  

  • Made a measurable difference to the retail operation (scored out of a maximum of 5 points) 

  • Led the way on increasing awareness of retailing as an important part of the parent charity’s fundraising (scored out of a maximum of 5 points) 

  • Introduced innovative ways of working that have improved the efficiency and/or profitability of the retail operation (scored out of a maximum of 5 points) 

  • Shown a particular concern for staff wellbeing as well as productivity (scored out of a maximum of 5 points)
