De-Stress Rx

WELCOME!

INSTRUCTIONS

Below are four questions. Each describes two different lists of personality characteristics or "styles". Both styles are equally valuable, and neither one is better or worse.

Start with Question 1. Read both sets of descriptions. Choose whether style A or style B describes you better, as a whole. Try to answer as you really are, not how you may wish you were or may have to act at work. Then answer the other three questions. 

 
1. Would you rather talk with lots of different people (Style A), or have an in-depth conversation with one person (Style B):
