2025 Mobile Food Truck Round-Up

Welcome to the 2025 Mobile Food Truck Round-Up Registration Form!

Please read the following carefully and then go to the next page to register for a time and date to have all your registration and license needs met.
  • Step 1:
    • Enter your Mobile and Owner information;
  • Step 2:
    • Select all departments that you will need to be inspected by;
  • Step 3:
    • Select the date and time for your inspection(s);
    • *You must show up at the appointed time as space is limited per timeslot.
  • Step 4:
    • Review the confirmation email you receive for your scheduled appointment time, propane system testing requirements, and city vendor information as applicable.
  • Step 5:
    • Conduct self-inspection of your mobile food truck to ensure everything is in working order; contact your health department inspector if any changes have been made to your mobile (layout, equipment, menu)
    • *Due to limited space, mobiles will not be able to make structural corrections at the inspection site.
  • Step 6:
    • Use the link on the Confirmation Page to sign up additional mobiles as needed.
  • Step 7:
    • Payment must be made to the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time to receive your printed mobile license at the time of inspection.
Important: If you need to change your scheduled time, do not fill out the survey again for the same mobile. Email envhealth@co.lucas.oh.us.
