Proposals
Workshop Proposals must be submitted no later than the extended deadline of May 15th, 2025 via this online submission method.

All workshops are either 60 or 90 minutes in length and must include the required information as follows:
- Workshop Title (10 words or less)
- Workshop Description in 200 words or less
- Contact information for the person submitting the proposal and names of the presenters if known at the time of submission. If not known please add "TBD" in the presenter section.

Content must be informational and educational, not commercial. Presentations that are sales pitches for products or services will be eliminated from consideration.

Review
All proposals will be evaluated based on the information submitted. Presenters, titles, and content are expected to correspond to the subject matter and topic that was submitted and approved. Once a workshop has been accepted, any changes to the workshop content or named presenters must be communicated in writing and emailed to NCWorksConference@commerce.nc.gov for approval.

Presenters will be notified in July if their workshop(s) is accepted.

Once a submission is started, please continue through each page to officially complete that proposal. This system does NOT save a partial proposal NOR allow you to return to a draft version later. To ensure that your proposal is successfully received, you must (1) click on the Submit button at the end of this process and (2) receive a confirmation email.
