Eligibility

1. Have you previously received a Beta Foundation Merit Scholarship? (If you are unsure, please call 1-800-800-BETA or email laura.lednik@beta.org. Former Merit Scholarship recipients are not eligible to apply.) *This question is required.
2. Will you be enrolled as a full-time student in a college or university during the 2025-26 academic school year?

(If your circumstances change after submitting this application and you no longer will be enrolled full-time in 2025-26 any scholarship set to be awarded to you will be given to another qualified applicant.) *This question is required.
