Thank you for your interest in this study. We are conducting a survey to learn more about the experiences of people living with psoriasis. We will be asking you about your symptoms caused by psoriasis, as well as how it impacts your daily life.
We will first be asking you some questions to see if you may be eligible to participate in this research study. If you decide to provide consent to participate in the study, you will provide documentation of your diagnosis to confirm your eligibility for this study. Individuals who meet the research criteria will be asked to take part in a 30-minute online survey.
Any information you provide to us as part of the eligibility questions will be treated as confidential. It will be combined with de-identified data from others like yourself and will be stored in the United States. Your information will be kept secure at all times. You will remain anonymous, and your information will not be passed to any other organization outside of the research team without your permission. Any personal data you give us as part of the eligibility questions will be deleted 7 years after study completion. Your participation in this research study is voluntary and you have the right to withdraw from the study at any time.
