Beta Theta Pi Fraternity is seeking qualified candidates to serve as our Associate Director of Business Operations. This position is responsible for:

Supporting our chapters and house corporations' financial operations. This includes training chapters and volunteers, administering financial processes and reports, and analyzing financial operations for 160 groups across North America.
Tax, Audit, and Account Reconciliation processes related to chapter and house corporation finances through our billing and financial management platform, Billhighway.
Supporting our Business Operations department's administrative, HR, IT, and finance related initiatives.
